What is your primary product or service?
We provide business continuity plans for all size businesses to prepare for recovery in a disaster. We also have a series of "Learn While You Drive" Business Continuity Cds for any one to learn to prepare to recover in a disaster. www.rwknowledge.com In addition, we have a series of Crisis Psychology Meditations for anyone who is suffering from stress, bereavement, or other emotion they would like to release. www.sfccds.com
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in the US Army and we prepared for disasters. I saw on 911 how few businesses were actually prepared to recover. Since then I have helped many businesses and individuals prepare to recover from a fire, flood or any event.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are hands on and not a large company who does not really get to know you and your needs. Our consultants are certified in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Management and Crisis Psychology.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We travel to help our clients all over the US.
